What is G Suite

G Suite is a collection of cloud computing, productivity and collaboration tools developed by Google. The following are all the top apps included in G Suite that are very important to us:

Google Chrome

Google Chrome is a web browser that is available at no charge. Before downloading, we can check whether Chrome supports our operating system and whether we have all other system requirements. It offers everything we've come to expect from a mobile browser, from excellent download management, bookmarks and easy sharing to accessible customization options and intuitive tab management. Once we are logged in, we can access our saved information like passwords, history and bookmarks on all devices and we can also access tabs that we have opened on other devices.

Google Drive 

Google Drive is one of the most popular cloud storage services available today. Google Drive is a free service from Google that allows us to store our files online and access them anywhere using the cloud. Google Drive gives us access to free web-based applications for creating documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and more.

Google Pay

One does not need to be on the Google Pay app to receive payments. Google Pay simplifies the process of money transfer through its website as well. Google Pay enables money to be sent and received, but unlike other digital wallets, payments can be received directly into bank accounts. So all the worries of getting money in a wallet and then transferring it to a bank account are over.

It is the most used mobile location and GPS tracking app. Maps by Google is a complete location app with features like GPS tracking, address sharing, navigation, real-time traffic updates, lane guidance, local place search etc. Google Maps is a free web mapping service application and the product's popularity can be attributed to the services it offers for business or personal use, such as its ability to show the user's location (i.e., local business) and traffic conditions. Creating custom maps based on Google also offers a free Mobile Maps app for iPhone, Blackberry and Android phones.

Google Earth

This digital cartography tool continues to be a useful resource for governments, private organizations, and individuals to track and tag a wide range of geographic data. Google Earth is a unique geo mapping and tagging program that uses composite imagery to produce a comprehensive, interactive map of the Earth. Combining over a billion satellite and aerial images, the application provides a versatile tool that allows individuals and groups to track climate change, discover unknown geographic and ecological features, and record our history. By collecting and curating massive amounts of data, Google has made it possible for conservationists to observe the shifting patterns of flora and fauna on a global scale, making it easier for governments to observe the development of cities around the world.

Google Docs

Google Docs allows us to create, edit, and collaborate with others on documents from our Android phone or iOS device. Google Docs is a browser-based word processor from Google. We can create, edit and share documents online and access them from any computer with an Internet connection. There is even a mobile app for Android and iOS. Google has made it incredibly easy to share documents across platforms and work on them simultaneously in real-time from a browser window. We also don't need to worry about losing our work because everything is saved automatically as we type and it also lets us store our data offline so that we don't lose anything.

Google Lens

Using a picture, your camera or any image, Google Lens helps us find seemingly similar images and related content. Collects results from all over the Internet and we can use it to identify images on our cameras and find out more about sites, places, plants, animals, products and other objects. It can also be used to scan and auto-translate text.

Google Slides

Google Slides has proven to be an essential and important contributor to employees' presentation skills in their workplace success. We can make the presentation less overwhelming by creating a presentation with a reliable presentation tool like Google Slides. Google Slides offers unique features that are attractive to most users, giving it an advantage over other presentation applications. Google Slides allows for the easy addition of pictures, audio, and even video to make presentations very engaging and pull information from a wide variety of sources.

Google Sheets

Google Meet

Google Meet is a video-conference-calling platform primarily designed for professional use. On a normal Google Meet call, up to 25 people can talk to each other and share videos at once. To use Google Meet on our PC, we need to open the Google Meet website. We can join a Google Meet meeting from our browser by clicking on the Meet link sent to us.
